Texting Terms

Text messages from Nature Ways Travel: the SMS program terms of Nature Ways Travel LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). We text about calls you book with us and messages you send us. Our automated texts go only to people who ticked the box or texted START; if you gave us your number to book a call, one of us may also text you about that call.

1. How you opt in

The texting box under your mobile number when you book a call with us is the way to opt in to our automated texts. The box is never pre-ticked, it is optional, and these terms and our privacy policy are linked beside it. Your call is booked whether you tick it or not.

Texting START to our number also opts you in. Giving us your number any other way does not sign you up for automated texts, and texting is never a condition of booking or buying anything from us.

2. What we send

Messages about a call you booked with us: a confirmation when you book it (and a new one if the call moves), a reminder before it, and a note if we are running late. If you call us from a number that has opted in and we miss it, a text back asking how we can help. A note from one of us about a call you booked, and replies to messages you send us.

We do not send marketing by text, and a number given for a call is never added to a marketing list.

3. How often

Message frequency varies with your bookings: a few messages around each call, and a conversation you start goes on as long as you keep it going.

4. What it costs

Nothing from us. Msg & data rates may apply, from your mobile carrier.

5. Stopping, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message and texts from us end at once: you get a single confirmation that you are opted out, and nothing after it. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or write to us at info@naturewaystravel.com. Emails about a call or a trip you booked are separate and keep coming.

6. Your number

Your mobile number, the texts we exchange and a record of when and how you agreed are kept in our own system, so a STOP is honored everywhere at once.

We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The service that carries the messages does so on our behalf and for nothing else. The rest of how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Carriers

Texts travel over the mobile networks; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
