Forum retreats, three to four days door to door
Designed around how your forum actually works, wherever the forum belongs.
Travel Designed for Leaders
We know what a forum retreat needs to do.
What is a forum retreat?
A forum retreat isn’t an offsite with better weather. It’s a year’s worth of trust built in four days, which only works if the logistics disappear completely and the room is right for the conversations that matter. We design for both.
We design high-touch retreats for executive peer groups: YPO forums, EO chapters, and CEO gatherings, built around your moderator’s agenda and your group’s pre-work. From intimate forum retreats to large-scale chapter events.
How long is a forum retreat?
Three to four days, door to door. Every retreat is built from your forum’s pre-work and goals; the four days below are a representative shape, illustrative and not a package.
Day One · Arrival
Private transfers from the airport straight to the villa. A welcome dinner with no agenda: space to land and reconnect before the work begins.
Day Two · Forum work, then outside
A morning session in a dedicated private space built around your moderator’s agenda. The afternoon on the water or out in the landscape, chosen to loosen the group up ahead of deeper work.
Day Three · The core session
Your forum’s central work: hot seats, difficult issues, whatever the group needs most. Paired with a signature excursion used as a deliberate counterweight to the intensity of the morning.
Day Four · Integration and departure
A short closing session to help the group carry the retreat forward, an unhurried morning, and transfers timed so people are home for dinner.
Who plans it?
Every itinerary is designed personally by Kyle and Carlena, then delivered by operators they have vetted themselves: villas, captains, guides, drivers, and chefs they know by name. One point of contact from the first call to the final transfer.
Built around your moderator
The schedule follows your moderator’s format and pre-retreat survey, not a template. Confidentiality is treated as a design constraint, including how the room itself is set up.
Spouses and families included
Parallel programming for partners and children, including childcare, so the retreat works for the whole household rather than only the member.
Where does it happen?
Wherever the forum belongs. The place is chosen for the group, not the other way round. If your forum has somewhere in mind, ask.
A proper room for the work
Villas selected for genuine privacy and a dedicated space for sessions, chosen from properties we know rather than a booking platform. Not a resort conference room borrowed for the morning.
Adventure with intention
Surfing, whale watching, waterfalls, private sailing, sequenced to serve the retreat’s themes rather than fill an afternoon.
How does booking work?
A call. Thirty minutes with Carlena on group size, target dates, and what the retreat needs to accomplish; she’ll tell you honestly what’s possible for your forum, your dates, and your budget.
Then a real proposal: specific properties, a draft itinerary, and a number. Not a brochure.
