4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by Traveler: You must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. These details will be specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we must cancel due to safety, legal, or operational reasons, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangement.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method where possible. Bank and transaction fees may apply.
  • We are not responsible for refunds of third-party costs (e.g., flights booked independently).

5. Traveler Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents required for entry into the destinations of your trip.
  • You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect your participation.
  • You agree to follow local laws, customs, and the guidance of our staff and partners during travel.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We act as an intermediary between travelers and local suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport companies, guides). While we select reputable partners, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or errors.
  • Adventure travel carries inherent risks. By booking, you accept personal responsibility for participation in activities.
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or force majeure.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service.
